Although photographs like this are not uncommon, the situation depicted here is far from normal. Bearded dragons should not be housed in mixed age groups. An adult Bearded Dragon will not hesitate to quickly dispatch a much smaller cage mate! Even with adults, you must watch for any excessive aggression. Remember, these animals are trapped together and a subordinate animal cannot escape from a dominant one while in their enclosure.
