Job Description

Reptilia is growing and we are seeking a capable manager who is passionate about reptiles and guest service. Reptilia is based on Disney business principles, help make magic moments for your community while promoting conservation and education.

Duties of the Facility Manager

  • Operate the facility in accordance with Company standards
  • Conducting marketing for the facility
  • Operate the facility at or above budget
  • Record End of Day and compile POS reports
  • Ensures all check lists are followed
  • Looks, each day, for potential improvements in how the Facility is managed
  • Select, train and evaluate each Cast Member per our guidelines
  • Responsible for signing off on payroll & managing to the Cast Budget
  • Responsible for authorizing facility maintenance and purchases within the company guidelines
  • Is hands-on in the daily operation of the facility
  • Ensures compliance for the health and safety of Cast and our reptilesas per our Health and Safety and Animal Stewardship policy
  • Constantly growsthe facility salesbase
  • Operate the facility to one standard – the Reptilia standard – all the time
  • Is available to guide Cast Members

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years Management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
  • A Full Class G License Certification
